Maybe you can back your way into playoffs that way. Did not work for Lions last year.

I am still waiting for the defense to give up 40 points (TOTAL). Should be over 80 given up by now.

So a true test for rush defense with Jets.

After watching last night how Jets used a LB to disrupt Marshall. I can see that this game is huge for Stafford trusting other WRs and either make em play true or make it hurt.

Old Lion it has me second guessing Mayhew firing? Yes, he still should have been fired. However did we trip into a great hiring in Austin with Caldwell?

Lombardi I am seeing glimpses. Just not what Austin is showing as of yet.

Austin should be given his due credit buttttttttttt the players must learn/adapt to the playbook/scheme and need to be placed accordingly per individual play to fully take advantage of their expertise in the aforementioned. A really good coach knows what best suits each player or group of players and then devises a scheme around that talent individually, not the other way around like Schwartz tried (ie. this is my system, wide nine, friggin play it, even if it doesn't fit your abilities or talent, kind of sort of in a nutshell way)....JMO
