I looked at the Paille hit a few times and at first glance it looked shoulder to shoulder. The only thing in question really is intent to injure but the hit is the exact kind that the NHL is trying to prevent. The guy had no opportunity to defend himself, and yes he should have kept his head up, but in the new NHL that type of hit isn't tolerated. Bottom line Paille is looking at a suspension mark my words.
