12 goals against in the past two games. 4 goals against on 20 shots in game 4. It's not like Vancouver didn't have their chances because Thomas made 37 saves. Luongo is in the same position LeChoke James is in. It's put up or shut up time. I actually like Luongo's chances to come through better than LeChoke's.

In all seriousness though, the remaining games of this final will define Luongo's career. Right now, he is being badly outperformed by a goaltender several years older than him and who wasn't even a number one a year ago.

If he fails, the criticism will be louder and endless. If he can come through, he can finally shut the doubters up for good.

True, but in all fairness to Thomas he wasn't healthy last season. That's the only reason he wasn't Boston's #1.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for all of these guys. Roberto knows how tough it was to reach this point. Hopefully he's pressing & thinking too much about it. The past two games were great. I do expect him to play better tonight than he did in Game 4. Just not too much.
