More relevant: I've grown to appreciate how NBC has handled the NHL, but having more horse race coverage and commercials during intermission than game discussion is inexcusable. Just the Stanley Cup Final, no worries.

yea nbc's intermission coverage is garbage. CBC's coverage is light years ahead

If it was a dive it is not really a hook.

There are more egregious calls to be made than that one. He really was turned around. Overall though, I agree. I'd prefer that they simply not call the penalties that are a result of embellishment. Guys would get the point. To this point, I don't really blame players when they dive...because it works. Guys get called, their team goes up a man, and often score.
