Stereotypes are fun.

It's actually been a cooler and wetter spring this year on the left coast which is okay. Seeing some of the crazy wildfires already in northern Manitoba and Saskatchewan and June has just started, that's no good.

Man, between the lackluster conference finals and this waiting until Wednesday for the Stanley Cup Finals to start, I have very little enthusiasm left to watch this series between Florida and Edmonton.

granted Four Nations delayed the season but not by a ton. Jun 20 is dumb. I have no hype at all for this.

I totally forgot.

there are 3 2 full day breaks between games.

Def lost a lot of momentum for me with the meh conference finals and the break

That could all change if the games are exciting but I could just as easily see it being a bland final

A big part of the indifference for me is the tossing out of the 1v8 conference seeding which led to the best series being over by round 2. Panthers/Lightning, Colorado/Dallas and Toronto/Florida were all infinitely better than the conference finals and very likely to be way better than the final too.
