I love watching Stamkos cause he is a beast hockey player.

Then IPW throws out "another player injured while playing Boston" bullshit.

How is that sarcasm

Sarcasm is perhaps the wrong word...tongue and cheek. He was making fun of tinfoil hatted freaks who always conspire that Team A or Team B intentionally injures players even in cases of freak accident.

This is basically what I thought when I saw the video. I was 99% sure the tibia was a goner (can see the lower leg shift once it hits), just hopeful for no tendon damage really. With the surgery part added in, he has a long road ahead, but his season certainly isn't over. Barring complications I'd say he could be back in late February early March. That's being conservative too.

It has nothing with understanding sarcasm...we all know how easy it is to pick up on sarcasm on a message board

What's not to understand? He's a horse with an opium addiiction who likes to kill hookers, photoshop images and can lift 100lbs over his head. He also has a Brett Hull voodoo doll in his stable.






And, having finally caught up with this thread, I will stay quiet on my feelings on the backcheck here. all I will say there is a fine line between "careless" and "dirty", ala Matt Cooke/Erik Karlsson last year. Too common a play with a terrible result this time.

Wife happy to see her team and also Teddy Purcell used to joke around with her when he was a King so she likes him.

I like Stamkos and hope he makes a quick recovery. However hes got to know there is a chance of this when he tries to kick the net off to stop play.

I hate seeing a superstar get hurt. I hope Stamkos recovers as soon as possible. The Lightning were off to a great start. It's to bad his injury will probably end their season.
