I actually think the pitching on this team, for most part, isn't really all that bad. It is the hitting or should I say lack thereof that is going to be why this team wins maybe 75 games this year at most

Rollins can still play the SS position, but hits like he belongs batting 7th or 8th

Howard is done, ive been saying this all spring, and its pretty damn clear he belongs in a platoon situation now

Revere, Byrd, and Ruiz are the team's best hitters

id go with this lineup

Why hit Howard clean-up if you doubt his ability so much. Also, why is Dom 7th? If I had my way the lineup would be:
1. Revere
2. Byrd
3. Utley
4. Brown
5. Ruiz
6. Howard
7. Ache
8. Galvis

This spring really has been disappointing. I expected just a little more after 3 weeks. Asche, Brown, Utley, Galvis, Rollins, Frandsen, and Franco each need to be spanked for absenteeism. Only spring training but I hate this crap. It also makes me wonder how come a lot of our future "stars" look like wimps when they finally get a shot. At least Rupp has been impressive. But I'm guessing they'll use .118 Nieves to back up Ruiz which means that there'll be another zero in the lineup on Carlos's off days.

I"m wondering when they realize that having Rollins hit 2nd is even worse than having him lead off. (not saying he should lead off again either, I'm thinking he should be hitting 8 unless he starts hitting line drives again). If they are playing a team with a weak catcher I'd rather put Ruiz at 2 and let Revere steal some bases when he's on.
