I know "common opponent" is a slippery slope, but how would you say you guys compare with Ohio State right now? To me, TCU looked about the same against both of you.

We'll find out when OSU also plays Maryland. My guess is we don't lose.

Yes, common opponent is a very slippery slope. You could play this game with almost any top 25 team.

I dare anybody who's watched 1 second of Ole Miss football to explain to me why they belong in anyone's top 50. They are shambles and impossible to watch because it's worse than Pop Warner Football. That is true SEC biased for anyone putting them in this list.

I would say we are playing better currently, but Ohio St has a team full of proven winners, we have a team of proven losers. We've been able to put it together here and there in the recent past as well. We need a 9 or 10 win season before I start crowing about turning any kind of corner as a program. Ohio St is on another level from us at the moment.

Oklahoma State, another team that had no right being in the top 25. We all knew they were going to lose multiple games this year, so why pretend that they are better than they are...

Just wondered if you felt like you guys played "up" and tOSU played "down" against TCU is why the games looked very similar? TCU looked the same in both games to me.

Dial it back, Mary. Believe it or not, being questioned on the internet doesn't mean outrage.

While I still think the SEC is the best conference from Top, Down, it doesn't mean people should be glorying teams that barely beat Kent State just because they play in the SEC.

There are a lot of SEC honks that would want to take your SEC homer card away from you because of objective statements like this. Way too objective and sensible to be a SEC homer.
