And Georgia has two losses because the only opponents they have played are Boise and South Carolina...The teams are all bunched together, i do not think Georgia is better because they play in the SEC East. If Georgia played Cincinatti head to head i would definitely have the winner on top, but they havent. We dont know who is better. Lets see how the teams do next week when they both have games that could go either way.

yet Georgia has played 4 opponents better than the best opponent Cincinnati played

and Georgia has wins over 2 of them.

how many teams would have 2 losses if they played both Boise State and South Carolina, probably half the top 25.

Georgia's wins.

New Mexico State – 3-6
Coastal Carolina – 0-0
Ole Miss – 1-7
Mississippi State (wins over LA Tech, basically winless UAB, basically winless Memphis)
Kentucky – 2-5
Vanderbilt -3-5
Tennessee – 1-3 with Bray including a win over Cincinnati
Florida – wins over winless FAU and basically winless UAB, and Tennessee, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt)

When i got to number 18 i didnt know where to go from there because IMO none of them had beaten anyone good. I went with the one loss teams that hadnt beaten anyone good, followed by two loss teams with good losses, followed by three loss teams with good wins, two loss team with bad losses. If Georgia had beaten teams that i thought were good wins they would have been in the grouping of teams that had two good losses and good wins. Instead they were grouped with teams with two good losses and no wins, which fell behind the one loss teams with no wins. I dont really know who else to do it. Because if you start guessing who would be who you find out real quick how easy it is to be wrong. I cant read the future and will not rank teams based on who would beat who. I just ranked them based on how they have done so far this year. Im not saying Georgia would lose to Cincy, just that Cincy should be ranked higher.

BSF27,

Just a modest word about this thing. If you really want a cross reference of people'e opinions, you need to lose the habit of commenting on and arguing with everyone's rankings. People see things differently.

I really wasn't going against anyone's rankings(at least I don't think I am), I was just arguing Georgia vs Cincinnati, sir.

I really wasn't going against anyone's rankings(at least I don't think I am), I was just arguing Georgia vs Cincinnati, sir.

But your comments were the result of someone else's going against of someone else's rankings.

I can tell you right now that my poll will probably get bashed based on the reactions to uncfan and it makes me think twice about wanting to post it.

I think more of what he might have been getting at is not allowing people to comment in this thread and just have people post their polls. Yes it's nice to argue college football but it's also nice to be able to post your true rankings and not get ridiculed for not agreeing with someone else.

What is with these meek Husker fans? You're afraid to post a poll on the internet because somebody might disagree? Seriously? Who gives a fuck if someone on the internet disagrees with you? If anything, it just leads to more (and better) discussion. I swear all you Nebraska people are a bunch of six year olds.

What's up with the being an asshole? Did I ever say I was afraid to post my poll. No. I said it made me think twice about it. Maybe some people care what people say about them. I agree that it leads to more and better discussions, but I don't think that the discussion and the polls should be mixed. If I want to look at the polls someone submitted, I don't want to have to look through 80 post of comments to just see 20 polls.

No take that damn badger out of your ass.

Arkansas has 1 good win over USCe and that came without Lattimore, the A@M win is average and it took a HUGE comeback to get that one. Arkansas barely squeaked by 2 pretty bad teams in Vandy and Ole Miss and got crushed by the 1 elite level team theyve played. Just not that impressed by the Razorbacks. Plus how am I a homer for having a ACC, B10 and CUSA team ahead of Arkansas?? Who am I homering for??

I'm not the one who is criticizing somebody for stating their college football opinion on a college football message board, asshole. If you want to say that the polls and discussions should be separated, fine, but spare me the "some people might not post their poll because their feelings are getting hurt" bullshit. If you don't have enough confidence in your poll to see it criticized and defend it, you probably shouldn't be posting a poll in the first place.

Everybody in the country seems to enjoy and understand banter but Nebraska fans. Instead of criticizing everybody else for stating their opinion and trying to have a good time, why don't Nebraskans stop acting like self-righteous assholes and realize that nobody else is insulted by this stuff.

EAT SHIT, Nebraska fans. Hopefully, someday, you'll be able to chant FUCK YOU back instead of pretending to be appalled when other people act like, well, people.

Who have Virginia Tech and Houston played? Virginia Tech bareley squeeked by a terrible Miami team and got stomped by Clemson.

Houston hasn't played anyone good. Best win is over UCLA.

Arkansas has also beat Auburn 31-14. I consider that a GOOD win.

Penn State maybe the best argument but PSU hasn't played the tough teams on their schedule yet which are upcoming. Also PSU lost just as bad to the same team Arkansas lost to but PSU's game was at Home while Arkansas had to go to Tuscaloosa.
