How are we going to prevent them from knowing who is the GM of each team, nobody likes Ritz so they won't vote for his team and that would be a shame.

My wife sort of likes me but yeah she wouldn't vote for my team either.

I like the idea of a playoff...it sounds more fun.

I'd like to nominate SKINSDAD from the Skins message board. He's a standup guy that knows football, he's around 50, and no he wouldn't vote for me just because he knows my team...he may actually hold it against me.

Don't supply names of teams to them...just have them vote by the name of the QB.

We need to clarify the rules to the person and to ourselves.

When this was created we were taking a player in his prime that started a game in 1990 or later.

I took that to mean if a guy was 238 pounds in 1985 for his prime, that he'd play a game tomorrow at 238 pounds...maybe I was wrong...and he can play tomorrow at 270 pounds because that's what we think he would be at. And yes...it does matter in voting.

Just let me know exactly what the rules are so I can make a vote properly.

If we have 3 voters then we wouldn't be voting.

I think we make it simple and leave it up to the voter what they believe is the best player in their prime during 1990- present not if this or if he was in this era just let the voter decide how the view the players.
Some may view it by pro bowls, some May view on talent, view as potential it's up to them to decide.

So it's baseless and likely very biased. I'm fine with that.

It's important the person knows it's based on a single year in the person's prime and not the sum of all totals.

We need to just let 3 people choose we will never choose equally. There is too much difference of opinion so I will keep on figuring out stuff for the next draft to try and avoid any arguments.

Weight should not be used as a determining factor on who's better, skill level however should be, I believe we all know that most offensive lineman in 1990 didn't weigh 330 pounds, if we were going to vote strictly on that why didn't we just do a modern day draft?

Voting should be done on the skills of a player not if he's 20 pounds lighter than somebody else's starting tackle. Just because your left tackle weighs 320 and mine weighs 270 doesn't mean it will be easier for him to block a 260 pound defensive end.

I have a better idea we should just add up the total weight of our teams and whoevers team weighs most wins!

Yes sort of. You viewed it one way, I viewed it one way and the other 6 viewed it differently so it's up to the judges.

I agree the judges need to know its players in their prime playing a year to win the Super Bowl. Whose team has best chance to win the Super Bowl.

Can we also remember that the judges will only be used in the event of a tie.

Okay I think that we all need to realize that we all veiw it differently. we need to have a playoff but 3 judges choose. we should not have a say in the voting at all. I feel the opinions are tooo different to be fair.
