Even though they have beaten nobody and lost to Tennessee State? Harvard is in the 20s, I think thats about where Murray State should be.

actually they do have wins over Southern Mrs(ranked 24th in your poll) and Memphis, also a win over someone else pretty good that escapes my mind.

Southern Miss was 24th in my poll because they have 4 losses Murray State (who was undefeated) overtime and Memphis was another. I ranked the teams that were at the top of their conferences and had good wins or no bad losses. Murray State has a bad loss and 2 wins over average teams. They should be in the same group as Southern Miss and Harvard, IMO.

I just ranked Iowa State and the promptly disappointed me by losing to Oklahoma State! they're just outside though.
