So pretty much he is as good as rebounder as Marc Gasol (7'1") and as good of a defender as Tony Allen.

His rebounding efficiency is 13.1% and his one-on-one D gives up an avg of .9 pounts every time he guards. That is just defense.

His catch and release outside shooting percentage was around 54%. Ray Ray was 53%.

His passing ability travels in less than .9 sec at 40 mph, that is as fast as NFL QB Tom Brady.

The avg NBA player gets down the court in 12 strides. He does in 9 strides at a speed of 20+ MPH as fast as Chris Paul.

On his shot he avg a 3 ft vertical leap, and with him being 6'8". A player of the same height can jump as high as possible and still be 1 ft away from blocking the shot.

Not to mention is 40+ inch vertical leap.

So basically he is Chris Paul, Marc Gasol, Ray Allen, Tony Allen combined. That is decent I guess. :yahoo:

I also got some of those stats wrong, should be better.

64% instead of 54%, and 13 strides instead of 12

Even just watching it, still can't believe it

Not to take anything away from the show, but this statement makes an incorrect assumption. For this to be true, LeBron would have to release his shot with his arms fully extended above his head. This is clearly not true.

I would guess that his release point is right around 10 feet from the ground, maybe slightly higher. Just about anybody in the NBA could block it if they were in the perfect spot and timed their jump correctly.
