so wait a minute???
you're just essentially ranking teams based off of name??
I was just taking a stab at you.
LOL
I know, I know... but I had them, Clemson & ASU on the brink... so I gave Meeschigan the nod.
Yes.
Teams that begin with the letter B;H;F;L;Q and Z are all at a huge disadvantage.
No, but teams that play in tough conferences (IMO) demand more respect (and expectations) than a team from the Sun Belt Conference.
You ask why Iowa was ranked in one poll and then put Michigan in your Top 25?? A team running a new, pro-style attack with a spread QB who is fragile?
Wait, so you can't really know how good trams are before the season plays out, but you CAN know how good or tough a conference will be?

besides Notre Dame, not bad.
Yea, I am giving Notre Dame the benefit of the doubt due to the fact that they return 18 starters to a team that had 8 wins last year. Plus, they are ND which means they have a ton of talent........and Brian Kelly is a pretty smart guy.
To go along with that, they are coming off of a 4 game winning streak, and 3 of those were against Utah, USC, and Miami. Those teams obviously aren't amazing right now, but Notre Dame looked improved to me by the end of the season.
Not to mention, Notre Dame was 1 play away from winning 3 other games.........so they potentially could have won 11 games last year.
I just think they have too much talent and experience returning in order to not give them a look. With that said, I hate Notre Dame.
Honestly, looking at their schedule......I see them losing to Michigan State and Stanford, and maybe dropping 1 or 2 more somewhere.......but there is no reason they shouldn't win most of those.

Oh my............I think your glasses are a different tint than mine. I really dislike Notre Dame a lot, but I gotta be honest.........Brian Kelly is the best coach they've had since Lou Holtz, and they have been pulling in bluechip recruits for the past 5 years.
They just have too much talent, and 18 returning starters........that's too much........there is no way they lose that many games.
Again, I could see them losing 4.......MAYBE 5. But Brian Kelly is no slouch.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm gonna root for any team that plays ND this year..........that is a guarantee. Not only do I not like ND, but I also never liked Brian Kelly..........and it would make me oh sooo happy to see them go down.
