I heard something interesting last week...

While it can't be denied that the Pirates are playing great again early, their bullpen, the strength if their squad, has logged the 2nd most innings in MLB so far. Only the Astros have logged more.

Another 2nd half fade is coming.

I watched games one and two.

Three was the outlier.

No way on God's green earth that Haslem goes 8-9 again and the team shoots 55%.

Indiana wins tonight.

I'm putting 325 V-Cash on Miami, just like I did for Game 3.

Haslem may not go 8-9 again, but Allen isn't going 0-37 again, either.

Indiana had there chance. It's over.

A starting staff that is far below every other starting staff in the AL besides the Astros wouldn't fly in any division, not just the AL East

no but somehow they just beat the sox and rays in series the last time they faced them. and also just tied the orioles in a 4 gamer. but it doesn't matter cus they aren't playing better in VP's book. :2cents:

I would rather mess that up then be a Front Running Bitch that doesn't even understand who is managing the Red Sox today.

Who sucks more?

Fernando Rodney or Jim Johnson

(I'd include Hanrahan, but since he's on the Bobby Jenks career path he's not really a major leaguer any longer)

The Heat look complacent. They're all standing around waiting for LeBron to win every game for them.

Indiana is going to win tonight.

Nice version of something we already do at home Ron

My awesome Sangria and Frozen Lemonades, similar to the one you mentioned, are 2 favorites for us for our rooftop summer gatherings

It doesn't matter because they haven't made up any ground in the standings

Or is being a 73 win 5th place team different than being a 68 win 5th place team? Do they get better tee times?

Maybe...the Orioles Bullpen was overcooked last year too.

Regression didn't happen until this year though...

Outlier? Probably..but still.

Johnson Control/Command is way out of wack.

and since he doesn't have swing and miss stuff. He is a dumpster fire right now..

29th in MLB in ERA

Man it's a lot easier when you don't need to twist and spin to prove a point, huh?

and as a stat geek you should know that the first month and a half they may have been the worst staff in the league. and that has no nothing to do where they rank now right? just like i've noticed you don't quite hump the offensive stats anymore. why? because people eventually become the people they have been. which is why i am not at all worried about the jays being 9.5 with 3 and half months to go and players getting healthy again.
