I'm only a casual Sharks fan, as I've never really gotten that in to hockey, but I feel for you diehards out there. Another year, another exit without reaching the Stanley Cup Finals. At least they always make the playoffs, though, unlike the Warriors and Niners.

I was a kid when the Sharks made their inception into league. Eventhough they are currently in SJ, the fact that they played in the Cow Palace for a couple of years made it fun for me considering I grew up in San Fran.

Tuesday night's loss was another tough loss for the organization - they remind of the NFL version of the Denver Broncos - so close but yet so far. Hopefully with some retooling they wind up winning such as the Broncos did. A weird series that had a fitting end to the Sharks lack of defensive prowess this year.
