Man...if those were the only two choices I would take Witten. He would be committed to this team and being toughness. Deion is charismatic, but too much of an agenda IMO. He is on the record saying he only wants to coach in the NFL if he can coach his son.

A guy I haven't thought much of but really like is Robert Saleh. He had a top 5 defense in NY 3 of 4 years and never had a QB(not even that washed bastard at the end). He's tough as nails. Hire him a solid OC and roll

HC. I really like him. I know he had a poor record with the Jets, but I don't think Andy Reid could make the playoffs with Zach Wilson at QB
