Great talent when motivated, but a frigging headcase of headcases. I don't think the risk of him being motivated 60 minutes on game day is worth it.

3 Tech is an absolutely huge need for this team, but the idea of bringing Irving in and not ET would be baffling. If you are going with one or the other, you pick the guy that screws over another team before your own team every time.
