I think you are right about the schedule . Cowboys have the easiest path,but they are also basically two games behind the Eagles. That will be tough to make up. I still dont trust the defense.

I need to see who else they play before I can agree. If we go: "Erving Williams Looney McGovern Martin" I don't necessarily agree with this move and would rather play Knight who is supposedly now healthy enough to play. If we still play Knight, whether it be at LT or RG then I agree with it. I guess the main key is this gets Steele off the field which in and of itself makes it a good move, but I would be doing that with or without this move. At least they are recognizing the problem and trying to solve it so that is a positive change. Steele just can't be playing right now IMO.
IMO, regardless of who they fill the rest of the line with Martin should have been moved to T just to give the QB better protection.
But if the pressure comes right up the middle it can be worse for a QB trying to pass and also destroy our running game. I will say I am glad to see more of McGovern. If he impresses maybe he beats out Williams next year?

I know they called up Redmond so in all likelihood this was not a game day desicion . Steele has been killing drives all season.

Seems a real fan makes the obvious choice when we haven't even hit Thanksgiving yet
and when that is no longer an option and the two options are make the playoffs (as slim as it may look) or don't make the playoffs its mind boggling that a supposed "fan" would not root for them to make the playoffs.
