I'm sure the Independent League teams would love a crack at him. I doubt that he goes and plays there, though.

Tebow needs to just accept the fact he was a great college athlete and move on.

He is becoming the poster child of washed up jocks that can't let go.

If Tebow can't change his throwing motion after three years of working on it how the hell can he learn to hit a curve ball. arguably the hardest thing to do in sports?

Move on, go into politics, get a hobby, start a business, but time to move on.

So, the Tigers will sign him

The Dodgers will sign him to a 7 year, 35M contract.

He will be DFA'd before the end of the 2017 season.

when I try to picture Tebow swinging a bat I keep thinking of Terry Crews in the celebrity softball game.

Look, I think Tim just misses taking showers with the guys. That being said, since he already has a closet full of orange and blue g strings...the safe bet would be with the NY Metropolitan's.

I admire his ambition but doubt he makes it to a MLB team.

Of course he won't make it to the big leagues because of his age but him giving it a shot in the minors isn't a bad thing at all. He will be a novelty like Jordan and Wilson were then but eventually he will either be good enough or not.

Independent league teams will line up for the guy because he'd be great for selling tickets. But just like his ego won't let him play arena ball or in Canada, he probably won't "lower" himself to an independent. He's a heck of an athlete and was very good in High School baseball, but I can't see him doing anything but maybe A ball.
