So Sanders not getting drafted through 3 rounds is clearly collision right?

"Collusion" was as issue for baseball because it was an unfair labor practice. Management cannot group together to fix labor costs. Doesn't really apply to an individual. I ran a cleaning company. If someone from another company called me about an ex employee and I said he was a worthless fuckup, it's not collusion

Sanders is too talented to be a 4th rounder or worst. But he's got a bad attitude, and his dad is a handcuff.

If he doesn't play or if he does and gets benched or even just plays poorly, his dad will be screaming about it and will have his contacts in the media doing the same thing. So, teams are taking that into account. Being a day 3 pick might actually turn out to be good for the kid if it gets his attitude turned around.
Lavar Ball was an unbelievable distraction. Now imagine Lavar Ball was not just a loud mouth asshole, but a guy that is an NFL legend and Hall of Famer.....that is some next level irritation.

It's not that crazy, noodle arm QB with a terrible personality that also brings a ton of distraction potential media circus. We saw this already with Kap and Tebow. If you're a flawed player you can't also be the guy that causes huge distractions.

Horrible comparison.

Sanders was the most accurate thrower in the draft at 74%. Tebow and Kaep? Not nearly as accurate. Both had serious issues with their completion %.

Why aren't the media talking heads losing their mind because Will Howard hasn't been drafted yet? He plays the same important position as Sanders. He played at Ohio State, not Colorado. He won a National Championship and played great in the semis and the Title game. He is 6'4", Sanders is 6'1". They both have average at best foot speed and good not great arm strength. Why is the world coming to an end over Sanders but with Howard, it's, Meh...Always looking for a storyline....

Ok, other than the racism thing that is of course being told this is about, (geee how unpredictable) what coach or organization would want him with his arrogance, his thick gold chain, and his daddy making constant comments in the media along with the media constantly wondering when he will get his chance?????

Cause like the predictable racism crap being on display, it is that predictable that Sheduer Sanders, who doesn't need the money, will be be a PR nightmare for any organization who does draft him.

Is there a fan on here that would want that for their team? Who??

That's moronic to think teams would collude to pass on a guy they think might be a franchise QB in the 3rd round. Come on man.

My guess is teams with an immediate need for a starter this year opted against him for whatever reason and no team thinks he is going to sit there for a year (or more?) and watch and not be a huge, pouting, distracting, all over SM problem. If you have a guy like Darnold, you have likely committed to him over a guy like Sandes for at least this year. You don't want to deal with all the BS that comes along with Sanders sitting behind him and not playing and especially if Darnold isn't playing at an All Pro level which is pretty likely. It's not about his tape or his ability after the top 20 or so. After that point it comes down to am I willing to potentially waste a 3rd round pick to tell this kid and his father to go sit home and STFU if they start making waves.

If he comes out and tells teams he is willing to sit and watch and learn for a year and makes them believe him, I guarantee a team will trade up into the first couple of picks of the day and grab him no matter the cost. At this point, IMO, you pick him and hope he has learned some humility (he hasn't) the hard way, because as much as I predicted he wasn't going in the first round and wasn't going to be the 2nd QB taken...this is really surprising and below his football ability. You reap what you sow...

Bit late for that if he comes out now. The fact that reports are that he interviewed rather badly, and then has his private room set up, displaying loud arrogance with the thick gangsta gold chain, only solidifies those reports of bad interviews. He is an obvious spoiled rich kid who knows very little other than getting things his way. He has always tried to display that he is from the hood. He has never been anywhere near any hood.

He would be such a PR disaster and he already is. Claims of racism racism racism already being yapped about all over social media and of course Disney bspn.

100% right. We have all gone on interviews. You can graduate from Harvard with honors, if you walk into an interview with your hat turned sideways, refuse to participate in parts of their interview process because it's beneath you, you let them know that there are companies that you won't work for because they don't do things the way you want them done, and if their company wants to hire you, they better be ready to change their culture....and you don't get hired....is it really a mysterious conspiracy?

Howard was never seen as anything but a low-rounder to UDFA. Sanders was hyped by mock drifters and Kiper to be a top prospect. Lots of sites had Sanders as 1st overall until about 2 months ago (i.e. Walters).

So, the drop is shocking to the media and they want to have something to write about now. But GMs and scouts, who actually know what they're doing DGAF.

Except those people are claiming racism. Shocking isn't it? Just Shocking they would claim that.

Heard a few hours ago that Rick Neuheisel said that Sanders went to an interview with an NFL head coach, and during the interview got a face time call ( didn't say who with} but he never turned it off during the interview and was talking to that other person while the interview proceeded. I'm not saying teams are colluding to teach him a lesson but to me it sounds like this information was passed along and it didn't sit well with other coaches. Someone will take him but not till it's just a bargain and he's been humiliated. My take.

I still think he’s destined to be a Steeler.

Collusion doesn't even make sense. Collusion requires a shared goal that the colluders are hiding. What is the shared goal? Embarrassing the Sanders family? That's pretty ridiculous.

The truth is that he had some really really bad interviews and there are only a few teams that are in desperate need for a QB, like the Browns or Pittsburgh. But if he interviewed poorly for them, then they are going to pass on him.

Prime doesn't seem to understand that brash arrogance works for a cornerback. But teams want leaders to play under center.

At this point the value is too good and someone will draft him in the 4th. 4th rounders aren't usually expected to be immediate contributors.

After the 3rd round ended last night, my son asked me what I thought was going through the Sanders's heads. I told him that I didn't know, but that I doubted that it had anything to do with self-reflection.
