OK so now we get to see Cousins, with full team reps, no distractions in the locker room. And he isnt going in with a team on auto pilot just trying to get the season over with. If cousins wins 5-6 out of the next eight, I dont think we see Rg3 on the field again unless Kirk struggles.

Don't sweat it. That is their problem & just reflects very poorly on them. Nobody should ever wish for an injury for any NFL player & certainly not for a player on their team. Even though it is lame I can see a fan of a rival thinking this way, but it is truly awful for a fan of the Redskins to think this way (in my book they are a terrible fan).

I honestly think we will see alot of the passing principles they ran with the Bengals over the past three years. I think the difference comes in at the Running back position. I think Morris is just as good, if not a slight notch better. The Bengals never had a DY. Now I expect Kirk to have his struggles too. While he has a quick release and is a bit further ahead than Rg3 as a pocket passer, I do see some shades of Rex in him at times too. So I expect at least one WTFWT Int this week against Philly. But I really think the best way to beat Philly is to control the ball and NOT let them get to a point where they can run 10 million plays in a quarter. Their Defense is not that good.

Having gone through two knees being rebuilt, and a back surgery that ended my time in the Marines, I would never hope for, wish for or cheer for any player to actually get injured, especially to the point where it ends a season or a career.

That being said, Im actually excited to see what Cousins can do with a coach who is behind him, an owner who has his hands tied because he cant push the issue because of the injury, and a team that hasnt packed it in for the season.

At best he had one out of three last season.

How lucky are the Redskins to have 2 above average quarterbacks at the same time? This team, IMO is going to be pretty good with average quarterback play...and, above average will win the NFCE.

You think having 2 above average quarterbacks on an NFL roster is important? If the playoff teams from last season...NE, DEN, NO, SF, SD, SEA, INDY, KC, GB, PHI or CAR lose their #1 QB...put a fork in 'em, they are done!

A fan of a TEAM wants what is best for said TEAM...not an individual on that TEAM.

I've seen/heard people say they wish player X would get hurt or they would cheer if player X got hurt. Albert Haynesworth comes mind as the last Redskins player in that category. I've seen fans of all teams scream and bitch in a "Why the fuck is he still starting? Bench his ass! Cut his ass!" way.

I can't recall ever seeing a fan say I have nothing against player A or I like player A, but I like player B on the bench behind him better. So I hope player A gets seriously injured so player B can play.

Where does that mentality end? Would you be happy if Griff beat the shit outta his wife and was deactivated because it gives Cuz the chance to play?

Would you be happy if Griff was drunk driving and killed a family of 4 and gets arrested/jailed because it gives Cuz the chance to play?

I am just defining the word fan.

I have never said that I want or wanted RG3 to be injured.

I was and have been explaining why somebody may actually want it to happen...Dean in this case.

Human beings? I really don't care about them at all. I want the best for the "human race" but humanity is not even close to what it has been idealized as.

I do not put RG3 in the same category as Ray Rice or Ray Lewis; but I do believe that athletes are role models simply because of their profession. Seeing some fall from grace is a great thing if they bring it upon themselves. Is it bad then to wish bad thing for Mike Vick's career simply because he is human?
