Calling him a grade A hack is an insult to all the real grade A hacks out there. He is the worst sports "reporter" I've ever read. If he ever did good work, it must have been years ago.

I noticed before rg3 got carted off the team did not seen to be rallied around him. The team seemed more concerned when Derrel young was injured, more players hovering around.
And again, at this point I still don't have pity for rg3 or his deteriorating image. He is reeling what he sewed. If he had been coach able and had not set himself above the team lots of these bad things would not be happening to him.
you make me chuckle ...
but seriously you guys have no empathy for the "evil" journalists ...
local & nationals papers have been going broke for almost 2 decades.
Hopefully they'll start learning how to make money using the interwebs & stop depending on the sensationalism to sell their papers.
remember when they printed morning & evening papers ?

And most won't even care.

i've lived in places like Nashville, TN who have no local papers and lucky to keep one big paper afloat ...
we're just spoiled in DC with a plethora of print & online outlets to give us different views & options.
i still believe the media serves a purpose ... they provide the checks and balances society depends on.
just ask ask a russian how their free press is working for them.
I agree that the press should play an important role in a free society, but only if they are objective. The Post is no longer that way. I'm not just talking about the OpEd section, but the entire paper, even into the Sports section (i.e., Mike Wise and the Redskins), has an agenda. The Post has always leaned to one side, but for many years they still maintained objective reporting wether it hurt their leanings or not. I need a press that will accurately report what has happened, not skew the story so that they try and influence my thinking on why something happened and how I should feel about it.
Oh, BTW, I feel the same way about Fox News. Most of their programming is trash and political posturing (as is MSNBC and a few others). I don't take my news from them, either.
I'm really going to enjoy myself here as I see poster after poster pretty much celebrating this horrible injury.
while mike might be on an island supporting the name change ... & is deff from the mindset of media which believes that if it bleeds it leads & is practically the jerry springer of sensationalist sports journalism ...
there is no disputing his writing credentials ... his nba stuff used to be really good.
I see people questioning whether or not we should cheer when a player is hurt.
Did you ever want to see Mike Vick or Ray Lewis' career ended?
I am not likening RG3 to them; however, you blanket statement is ignorant in and of itself. I always wanted to see Tom Brady get hurt...at least after his 2007 season.
