The hockey gods saw fit to reward this lifelong Caps fan by building a rink in my hometown the year I went off to college. Hahaha.
I played some rec league hockey in late 20s and early 30s. It's nice that there are so many options in the DC area now. The game has grown here tremendously. A Cup will only help that further I'm sure.
