It was 24-10 until a touchdown with 14 seconds left. Until that final drive the Bears outgained Seattle by 100 yards, held them to 177 yards total, out possessed them by 10 minutes and had 20-12 in first downs.

Please, explain to me how that game could have gone either way. Explain to me how a game which ended with you all making it 24-17 with 14 seconds remaining could have gone either way.

Come on... I got to hear this. If you guys pull that game out at the end - it is ALL-TIME miracle material. lol... Totally either way

Seattle has fallen a bit - just not NEAR what everyone expected. I think I called Seattle a .500 team this year (and that was with a healthy Garappolo).

Reasoning:

• Wilson can still keep them in games
• I considered the OL improved with Fluker/Brown and Cable gone.
• Jimmy Graham was never utilized properly anyway, so whatever.
• Still had Bobby Wagner/ET (least we thought) and Seattle spent a lot of draft capital on secondary over the last few years, but everyone apparently forgot that and that Seattle has one of the best secondary HCs in NFL history.
• McDougald played great last year and was on fire in preseason/TC.

To me the big issue was the DL, which has certainly been the key culprit to giving up points this year... but I think we all knew that. Not able to resign Richardson was a big blow.


ANYWAY, I saw tons of people predicting Seattle would be drafting top 5 with a 4-12 record and the 49ers would be some 10-6 WC team competing for the division. I'm not sure WHERE the fuck people were getting that... flip flop that even with Jimmy Garappolo and it's more realistic.

Yeah I see the Hawks finishing 9-7 this season. That's not all that bad when you consider what their roster looked like in training camp.

Read my FUCKING words... YES... it was a tightly contested game in the 4th for 4 plays. This is ALLLLL that I have said. As a Bears fan, I was relaxed the entire game - worried for four plays that we might blow another game in which we dominated for the vast majority of the contest... and then immediately relaxed again in one blink of an eye as the D took it home.


You guys had zero chance at the end of that football game. You would have had to recover an onside kick and complete a hail mary inside of 14 seconds. lol. How is this hard to comprehend? The game did not go to the wire. This isn't debatable.
