Lupoi is defensive coordinator at Alabama. Golding is the coach that may be going to OU as D.C.

As for offensive coordinator, a lot of Alabama fans think the success of the offense this year is due more to Dan Enos than Mike Locksley, who is going to Maryland as head coach. Enos, who is already assistant head coach, is the odds on favorite to be O.C.

What we really need is a secondary full of 1st & 2nd round draft picks. Those coordinators would gain 23 IQ points overnight.

Goulding is not my 1st choice. I think he is a good but not great, yet coordinator. OU needs an attitude change top to bottom on defense. The Stoops brothers let guys take plays off and left their ass in the game. Give half effort and keep there starting job. Hell it took a farther of a player to jump his son ass, to get him to play hard. He was a team caption on defense. What the fuck is that all about? Our fucking coaches could see his lazy ass but left him in. That's how fucked up everything is in Norman on defense.

OU needs a guy that will completely change the identity on defense. A guy that knows Texas, recruiting a guy that will bench 4 and 5 star guys for taking plays off.

Bama had a lot of injuries last year and Goulding should have a more complete team, with depth. I think he is getting about 80% out of his guys. OU is getting about 60% out of ours. I want a a 30% bump with the New DC and I'm not sure Goulding is that guy.

But, last years OC was to the NFL so it wasn't a HC job when recruiting matters.

You will love this guy, and you will see his number often as your guys run by him and/or throw to the receiver he is covering.

I knew it was bad as I saw some of them myself, but I didn't realize how bad it was. The not holding the edge part has been known for awhile etc.

Actually I guess it's 4 if you count Sark. He was the OC who called that loss, but then got "stolen" by the falcons right after.

Bama loses at least one coordinator just about every year. Last season they lost offensive, defensive & special teams coordinators. They keep on rolling, but ST sucks.

Happens pretty much every year. Real HC's continue on. Also, haven't heard anything about Tosh going to OU but I wouldn't be particularly upset about it aside from recruiting.

It’s not Tosh that is leaving. It’s the co-defensive coordinator.
