According to Hobspin, Andre Smith is not in Cincinnati for OTAs. Marvin says he needs to take care of something. Most likely things to "take care of"

1) A bucket of chicken wings

2) Still waiting to graduate from fat camp.

3) Surgery on another broken foot.
