Oh my. Kirk meets Sexy Rexy for the first time...

I hope he didn't say that he wanted to be just like Rex when he grows up! Sort of wish that it was Brady or Peyton that he was with....just in case!

He did have a very clutch catch and run yesterday. Shocked me actually. Happy for him tho.

They grew up in Chicago together apparently. The irony in the picture of course is in the INT history.

Worth thinking about.

Also, Lot of shorter passes can be strategically argued as being part of a running game.

Riggins talked about this today. He doesn't think the team will magically find the run game. He likened it to when Gibbs first came and wanted to pass being from the Air Coryell offense and had to switch to a power run team. Maybe the same is happening in reverse to Gruden and the offense. Short passes become the runs .... Sty this pearl is for you .... take the reins off of Cousins and let him throw deeper more often.

Much of today's NFL is short passes but you have to go deep once in awhile to keep the D from stacking up.
