That shit is hilarious .... not funny but hilarious.It is rare that you will ever see a GM take so little for the 1st overall pick in the draft as we saw this year. Chicago gave up major trade leverage early just in case all the QB's pissed the bed during the predraft process.
If Williams is what people expect him to be this coming season and the Skins finish with 6-9 wins, they likely wouldnt have the ammo to go get him.
As Redskin fans know, normally trading up into the #1 or #2 pick overall, even if drafting at say, oh I dont know, pick #6 overall takes a crazy amount of draft pick value. This year was an anomaly. We might see the #1 overall pick go for as little as the Bears go this year maybe one more time in our lifetime.....and that is if you are still young. If you are over 55, you probably wont see it again.
