Years ago on the old ESPN board we had an internet tough guy (I think it was a guy with the handle UKJim, but I could be wrong) that would challenge you to meet him at the Dayton Mall if you had a problem with one of his posts. It was sort of the internet equivalent of meeting at the bike racks after school. So, if someone is giving you a hard time, just tell them to meet you at the Dayton Mall.
Whoa! No mention of me?!?! I believe I was the 1st threatened. I deserve my props.
Yep. Good times.
While we are here can I request an explanation to the Harold Reynolds getting fired references? Like many I came over from espn....never got the reference over there or over here (although I haven't seen it in awhile).
That actually came from the old ESPN Bearcats board. In short, it basically was used whenever someone said something everyone else already knew (or was obvious). I actually don't remember the origin of how it began, but I remember Bearcat Dave being a big fan of it's use.
Kramer can probably enlighten us.
^^^Not sure if I'll ever write that same sentence again.
I believe Rounda32 came up with it originally. We all used it, though. That guy was a funny bastard.
