Thunder gave up Lance Thomas, who was not ever going to play, and a conditional pick for a guy that can provide some bench scoring on a team with some structure like the Thunder. How in the world Reggie Jackson ever got in this rumor is beyond me, phsycobabble.

For the #1 overall pick? It's awful.

Calling any player in any sport a bust less than halfway into their first season is pretty stupid

So why did Waiters never work out?

He has never worked out. I thought he was a dud when they drafted him, but experts were talking like he could be legit. He is kind of a headcase and definitely a chunker.

I thought if one person could fix Waiters it would be LBJ, he is a lost soul

I think he even went as far as to say that Waiters was better, if I'm not mistaken.

In fairness, I thought he would be a very good player too.

Sadly, he's turned out to be a lil more JR. Rider than DWade.

He said better? I missed that. I just remember him comparing him to Wade because he heard some analyst say it.

I thought it was an awful pick and Wiggy was beside himself defending it.

Noel didn't go #1.

I think he was calling Kwame a bust:scratch:.

He was.

Bargnani, Joe Smith too because of where they were selected.

Noel does look like garbage so far.

But, I see him as an agile Thabeet, not Kwame.

He needs to eat about 100 cheeseburgers if he's gonna play Center fulltime.

With that being said, you are correct.

Give the kid a few Seasons..

He has no range and he's making just over 40% of his FGA's?

Awful.

Nothing was worse than saying Tristan Thompson was a better pick than Klay :omg:.

I bought the hype on Waiters too.

But, they should have nabbed Drummond.

Dame and Andre were steals.

Oh..so you were talking about Noel:lol:.

Completely different situations.

But, remember Dirk year 1?:gaah:

He is the reason I stopped judging guys based on their rookie Seasons.

His numbers aren't great.

But, the "Brow" in NOLA only put up 13 and 8 year one and look at him now.

* for the love of GOD don't think I'm compairing him to Davis *

Wiggy Russ always mocked JR, LOL.

Now he's on the Cavs? Karma, bitch.

if its the same Karma that brought Lebron that brought JR thats fine with me

where does your karma have the lakers? bitch!

Pre-this summer i would have hated this deal because shump is nothing but a good defender who is a role player- now- it might be ok.

I dont like it since wehad to take smith who is a train wreck, but if Shump can turn into the perimeter defender that takes pressure off of LeBron from having to-than its worth it.

We shall see- I imagine they were shopping Waiters all over the place and Shumpert was the best they could get

does anyone have a sorrier collection of teams than DJ right now?

Lakers, Raiders and UCLA has to be the worst combination on this thread....

probably the worst NFL team, definitely a bottom 5 NBA team, and UCLA has nothing going on what so ever....

anyone else out there can rival that ineptitude?
