Then there is Amari Cooper, Antwan Goodley, Dorial Green Beckham, and Devante Parker. Which all benefit from having a quarterback that can actually throw the football.

Kenny Bell hasn't had a QB that can throw the football like a semi pro QB. Taylor Martinez's shot put throwing and Tommy Armstrong's errant throwing do not help a receiver.
