Patrick Peterson is more athletic and faster, but Sherman is taller, better in coverage and has better instincts

Maybe I didn't get to see enough of Revis this year, but the 4 games I was able to see him play he was not the same Revis that was a top flight cb. He was still very good, but behind guys like Verner and Haden this year in my opinion

Most teams keep cornerbacks on one side of the field or the other. Peterson has been trailing the opponent’s No. 1 receiver for a couple of seasons now.

What is all of this obsession over questioning who the best is at any one position? I couldn't care less what any stats, pundits, or fans of other teams say. What matters is how do the players you have do at what they are asked to do. That's it and nothing more. Sherman is a total shut down corner that forces QB's to stay away from his side of the field if he is in man coverage and when they do try him he makes them pay for it. That's all I need out of him. Same thing with Earl and Kam. They do exactly what we ask of them and are a big part of Seattle going 15-3 so far this year.

Keep on making lists that put Sherman somewhere other than number one and please make sure he sees them. I'm not sure if he ever gets the credit he thinks he deserves if he ends up dropping the chip that had driven him to where he is now. I want him feeling disrespected and hope that never changes.

I say I don't care how you rank people and then suggest in the second paragraph that the only use I can see of it is in whatever motivation it might still add to Sherman. I do not in any way say I care about that list. Can you not see the difference there?
