You have to really ask yourself if this team really wants to win.
Did they even TALK to any other coaches? Just what is it they're looking for?
Marrone might turn out great......but IMO they needed a splashy hire just to show the world they're serious. They needed name cache.
How'd that work out for Buffalo?

They gotta get the offense right.
Hard to run the ball behind the line they are working with there. They ain't the Cowboys.
I can't say I'm familiar with how their line has played individually, but would assume that G Cann and LT Beachum are solid. RT, C, the other G aren't typically top 4 draft pick targets.
I understand your point, but when the Cowboys did it they already had the line built and Zeke was a can't miss. 4 is too high for a back on a team that isn't built in any way.
Which direction would you go? CBS has Cook ranked #4 overall, which seemed to line up nicely.
Not a RB. Something in the trenches. They need a lot of help.
What good is a RB at #4 if you can't get Elliott level performance out of him? How is the RB going to help them when there aren't many holes to run through and/or they are down by 20 points?
So you would overdraft on the O-line? They're picking 4th overall, surely you can pick a name or two? Draft should be BPA in a perfect world, otherwise you're wasting opportunities at expanding your talent base.
A RB can make a good team better, but it can't make a bad team good. Just look at your own team. Gurley is basically being wasted during his prime years.
You really can't suggest a pick for them at #4?
The Rams have multiple offensive issues, including coordinator. Hopefully progress is made this offseason.
