Im guessing a fair amount of folks would like for him to get another position somewhere else, myself included, so what sense does it make to produce all this suggestion of why we want him to leave but then expect another school to see all of this and say to themselves "This is our guy"

Well since that is your rule and apparently we all must live by them then I am glad that I have a few more years of adding to the 1 facebook page that I have created so far. Sadly, I don't even remember what it is either.
