My bro-in-law is a team leader for a QRF in a PA state prison. I remember asking him about something along similar lines when the A Hernandez thing went down. His response was there were plenty of guys in there more than capable of (and would) making a bitch out of Hernandez. I would imagine if it's true for Hernandez, then it's probably even more true for Sharper.
