Hey that game sucked! Time to mow the lawn or something and forget about this crap.
I absolutely hate the way he carries himself. No confidence whatsoever.
Well challenging a play causes a timeout - so if he was going to challenge the play then he should not have called the timeout. Did that answer correctly?

My question still stands, I didn't watch the game until now but I was watching stats. How the hell did Ponder look like Montana against us when Rodgers and Stafford both struggled? I don't it has anything to do with Alex Smith.

I'd make that complaint against the entire offense at the end of the game here. What are they doing on the bench sulking? Get up on the sidelines and cheer on the defense.
But Smith in particular, he's the fucking QB he should be pumping everyone up to go drive for a TD when they get the ball back.
Good win for the Vikings. They took it to the 49ers today. Blocking FGs, turning busted passing plays into 25 yard TD runs by the QB... and how many 3rd and longs did they convert?? 5 or 6? They earned this win.
Smith left a lot of points on the board by overthrowing WRs at the worst possible times, and Whitner giving Ponder his pick-6 back by dropping the ball... etc. But hey, the Vikings played really good, no bullshit, they earned the win.
To be fair he did lead us to a comeback against the Saints last year, but he's still worrisome IMO. I don't know, maybe bc I'm spoiled with Montana and Young being here prior but Smith just lacks that consistent composure you look for in someone playing that position. He's a game manager at best. He won't lose you a game, but more often than not he won't win you one either.

Heh.....one would almost get the sense you've been dying for him to have a bad game.
Is there any chance these teams just switched jerseys before the game? Some kind of Singletary gravitational field of suck? What a disappointment.
