It says Greinke on the back of the jersey of the pitcher tonight but I have no idea who is actually pitching. The real Zack Greinke is an incredible pitcher. Idk who this guy is.

Idk what is going on with some of the pitchers this year.

Zack Greinke: 1.66 ERA in 2015, 5.36 ERA in 2016 (as of through the fifth inning tonight)
Shelby Miller: 3.02 ERA in 2015, 7.36 ERA in 2016
David Price: 2.45 ERA in 2015, 6.00 ERA in 2016
Sonny Gray: 2.73 ERA in 2015, 6.00 ERA in 2016
Dallas Keuchel: 2.48 ERA in 2015, 5.58 ERA in 2016

A lot of aces pitching horribly so far this season.

Nick Ahmed needs to change his name from Nick Ahmed to Nick Ahmout. I still cannot believe this guy plays everyday. What the hell is Hale thinking.

Ahmed back in the lineup today. Unbelievable. This guy is such a horrible hitter and he still gets to play. The Diamondbacks should bring up Peter O'Brien to play the outfield, put Drury at second base, and Segura at shortstop. O'Brien is now batting .342 with 11 HR and 28 RBI. BRING HIM UP!!!

I almost don't even want to watch when Ahmed is in the lineup. It pisses me off so much.

I agree that Ahmed is becoming somewhat of a drag on the offense, Not sure how many times he came up with one or more on the bases last night. Not sure why they have not brought O'Brien up yet other than you would have to sit Tomas to play him.

Goldschmidt has to be hurt.....just has to be.........this is getting embarassing. another strikeout, avg down to .228

still a really good obp, because of his natural knowledge of strikezone and getting pitched around, but its 100% clear he is hurt.

5-14 at home. This team could not be any more disappointing. So far they are the biggest letdown in Diamondbacks history.

3 runs in two games is not going to win many games even if you have good pitching. Shelby looked good until the 6th. But not being able to get at least 3 runs across the plate is not good.

I wouldn't consider you a bandwagon homer... you only post when they lose. A real fan roots for the team even during rough times.

38 games into the season and the team is 17-21. One half game out of the last place in the division. The NL West is bunched together so they are actually only 3 games out of first, but who cares. This is not about winning the division by being the team that sucks the least. This is about winning a world series. The Diamondbacks have the 11th best record in the National League. They have the 20th best record in all of MLB. That is embarrassing.

Even with Pollock currently injured, the team still has four all-stars on paper in Goldschmidt, Greinke, Miller, and Corbin. Three of those guys are starting pitchers. When you have three starters that are all-stars, you should have more than 14 quality starts over 38 games. The rotation is getting a quality start only 37% of the time. That is inexcusable.

I wanted Chip Hale fired since last season and I said in my posts very early this season I expect he will be fired at some point. Now it seems like that time might be fast approaching because there is way to justify the team underperforming this dramatically. Hale has to be replaced by a manager who knows what he is doing.

Ahmed was up with runners on second and third and nobody out and he strikes out. Now he was just up with two outs and Owings on second and was up 3-1 in the count and ended up striking out. Leave it to Chip Hale to play a guy every single game that is currently batting .177.
