They are burying their head in the sand idiots. I know tons of them that exactly think that way. Guy goes for the kill shot whenever possible. Even "Legal" hits are often dirty when your intent is to injure someone like his very often is. Even the other players know "what kind of player he is"

The ref has the ability to toss Miller for being the 3rd man in - I guess they decided not to because no fighting majors were assessed.
