I get the McDavid goal was pretty to watch, but consider it's 4 on 4 with more open ice, the two ducks d are vatanen who isn't close to healthy and Theodore who isn't close to NHL ready on the d side of things. And it was't Gibson's finest moment either. Can't they just focus on the game and not McDavid every second of it.

The NHL cannot seem to get it right- they can't promote the league worth a shit and then when they get guys like Sid and McDavid they go too overboard and cannot focus on anything else turning off existing fans. Hype him, promote him but when the game is on there are 37 other players too.
