As in, it is the AC for the vehicle.

In West Virginia I saw a woman so fat that she had to ride in the bed of a small pick up truck. Her husband was a true gentleman though as he had installed a beverage holder back there for her. I sure as hell didn't get close enough to see for sure but I'm assuming it was supersized.
