We get the Gwinnett Gladiators (ECHL), so there's that.

Use to have Thrasher ST's, and once they went away, I floated around like a lost puppy. Now I've grown to like the 'Hawks, and Columbus since my wife is from there. But it's not the same without a team.

Move back to the wife's hometown. Prob solved. Hi temp today was 19.


Growing up, all I had was AHL hockey (Baltimore, MD) and it was painful to watch at times, but I loved it.

Also, NHL Center Ice is awesome. You can watch any team anywhere. I have a game to watch every night. Not the same as seeing live hockey, I know. But it helps.

Yeah - I've head NHL Center Ice in the past, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Problem more is that I don't really have a 'local' team, and I refuse to cheer for Nashville since in other sports, the state of TN is hated.

I love Animisov which is why I like the Blackhawks. I try to catch as much of their games as I can, whereas I probably average 2 Blue Jacket game a year (watching).

The Gladiators at time last year were interesting prior to all there scoring getting called up. After that they fell off the earth. Side note they have probably the WORST radio play by play person I ever heard and I listened to Paul Stiegerwald for years.

His argument is that they didn't hold public hearings because people could make their views known via the comments. And they aren't taking the comments into account because they don't rely on those comments.
