Are we really a contender? I think we all know that answer I would hope. If you do not, let me answer for you, NO!!!

Having said that, given what we saw yesterday with AS (hurt & dreadful) and the current situation, would you want to see DH this week vs Seattle? My inclination is yes, who the heck cares if we win this upcoming game, Let's see how much DH has progressed during this "sit down and learn" period. For those of you who now have attached themselves to "playoff hopes", I already know your answer.

I think this qualifies for conversation heading into this week vs Seattle

If we finish 9-7 then we are legit .Seattle is a playoff team . If we can’t beat them then I have to question our worthiness

and let’s be real qb play is an issue CDC isn’t lighting it up and he has 4 tds and 6 picks
CDC’s qb rating vs the 49ers was 27

Haskins hasn’t been nor was he great either .I feel DH isn’t a future qb for us here since he was poorly trained and handled by us

he is also so raw with poor mechanics

all this crap being said I think we can win bathe Seahawks and this team is coming together but we need better qb play to take the next step and be a year in year out contender

Let me just throw this out there: As I recall, Alex Smith never lost to the Seahawks even when Seahawks had the Legion of Boom.

This is true for him as a 49er and a Cardinal.

As much as I am disappointed in Alex’s play, he does probably give us the best chance to win in that he just knows the offense better and has more experience. He is the lesser of two evils, but not by much.
