Being invited to make the team doesn't guarantee you a spot ... Pete did the same thing with Brian Banks, invited him for a chance, he didn't make the team but was given the opportunity.... Pete has no issue giving people chances, but if they don't have it, he isn't shy about letting them go ... I think it speaks volumes on how cool Pete Carroll is as a person... He believes people deserve the chance....

aside from the the USC based "medical program" in seattle, hes a likable guy.
