I would never pitch to Adrian...

no kidding...especially this year. I remember people moaning because he was not good enough in ST, and maybe a little slow start. Most of us tried to tell 'them'
Seriously, I'm laughing out loud just remembering that.

but you get my point, Beltre didn't have the greatest protection...it was exposed

Can't get mad at Cotts... He's been great this year. I was wondering why wash didn't bring in Scheppers or Soria for the 8th inning as usual, but the offense was a total letdown tonight

He's an other worldly second half hitter. He's quite ridiculous how locked in the man is.

Iwakuma is always tough against the Rangers and he's a great pitcher so I'm not trying to belittle him or anything, but we had so many opportunities to score more and blew them all, I would say we beat ourselves.

I am with you on Cotts and the offense. Derek has had some tough luck this year. 4 starts with 2 ER or less and nothing to show for it

0-2 FB moved too far onto the plate ... Rios getting lost in RF ... Cruz would have gotten to it.

Offense scoring only 1 run ... offense leaves Gentry and Martin on 3rd and 2nd with one out in the bottom of the 8th.

As much on Wash (IMO) for leaving Murphy in the field in the 7th ... and not having Baker PH for AJ with the bases loaded bottom of 8th.
