Having lived in AZ for 10 years and the Pacific NW for 8, I would take Seattle over Phoenix 7 days a week and twice on Sunday.

So I will counter with some equally biased, ridiculous logic... If your definition of "down to earth women" means a pasty scag with dreadlocks and legs you need to comb, I agree. Face it dude, AZ women > than WA women... not even debatable.

Quality of weed or sentence for possession of weed has no significance on how tolerable a city or state is in my book, so you can have that one.

I can verify that SLO and surrounding areas are STILL amazing. Not a lot of traffic, fantastic weather, terrific people, great wine and dining, incredible landscape with coastal beaches and Big Sur, and within 3 hours of major cities if ya gotta have that.

SLO was one of CALI's best kept secrets until it was voted "best city to live in" a while back...
