Good news. Hopefully that is all it was. I figured it wasn't anything big when I didn't really read anything about it after the game.Sean Lee suffered a quad contusion, or so say the Dallas Cowboys. Should be able to play this week - that's a relief! Looked much worse watching Lee limp around like he was in the 2nd half against the 49ers.
None of those injuries were as big as our Bailey injury. I give credit to the staff for holding onto to Heath as Bailey's back up.I can't believe all of the injuries. The Eagles/ Skins last night was crazy. Every other play somebody was limping off.
That would be great for this team no doubt to see Smith improve exponentially like that, but I'd say that's about as unlikely as any prediction I could think of. Not only would Smith need to get way better...way better...but also Hitchens and Wilson would need to be better than Lee since Lee and Smith don't play the same position right now. Even If Smith became Mike Singeltary they'd both still be playing. But if Smith (or Hitchens or Wilson) becomes that good it would be an incredible lift to our defense.Unpopular thought I know, but I hope Smith makes Lee expendable soon.
Looks like Bailey out several weeks. That could hurt...None of those injuries were as big as our Bailey injury. I give credit to the staff for holding onto to Heath as Bailey's back up.

with Bailey out I think we need to get a bit more aggressive about TDs, instead of thinking well atleast we are in FG range. Wonder if this might help the offense more?
Offense is clicking right now. I get what you are saying though. We did kick 6 or 7 FGs vs the Rams I think.
Yep I think it will unfortunately. I'm just hoping it doesn't cost us a game. Usually there's is a Forbath out there but not this yr. I watched Nick Folk a few weeks back miss 3 in one game. Not sure if he still has a job or not.
Well this is not good. Hope Lee gets well faster. We need him. Here we go again...
Sean Lee - LB - Cowboys
The Dallas Morning News reports the Cowboys are bracing for WLB Sean Lee (hamstring) to miss the next three games.
Sources told beat writer Brandon George that Lee's likeliest return date is December 10 against the Giants. The Cowboys play three games in a forthcoming 12-day span, beginning with the Eagles this Sunday night, followed by the Chargers on Thanksgiving, and then another Thursday nighter against the Redskins. Lee is expected to miss all three with Week 14 against the G-Men as his target for return.
And we need to draft at his position this spring...Well this is not good. Hope Lee gets well faster. We need him.
