Lemuel Jeanpierre was put on IR today and is done for the year. I wasn't aware that his injury was so severe. He was replaced by Phil Bates, who they really like.

Which makes me wonder, who is the back up center now? I am betting soon a WR will get dropped for a back up center.

Clint Gresham? Probably not, but hey, I think he has more experience snapping than any lineman out there.

Schilling is the back up center, though I expect a move this week to drop a WR and add an OL-man. I'm wondering if it'll be Winston so his salary won't be fully guaranteed.

PC gave an update at the VMAC today to the press.

Jeremy Lane is "going to be out for awhile" after re-injuring his groin last night. Marcus Burley who played well will be acting as Lane's replacement as the nickle back.

Tharold Simon had a minor procedure to repair cartilage in his knee. Likely out about 4 weeks.

Yikes, hopefully no more injuries in the secondary. Gonna want them as healthy as possible for the Denver game. Burely did hold his own out there against GB.

Seahawks signed OT Andrew McDonald, off of the Carolina Panthers practice squad.

Seahawks just announced they've signed CB Josh Thomas whose started 10 games the past two seasons for the Panthers.
