It was funny early in the game Gruden was praising the play of Earl Thomas (who I admit is very good) and the play he uses as an example was a blatant penalty.

Look at the difference in the hats that Kaepernick and Wilson wear on the sidelines. Its easy to see why Wilson is so likeable and respected and Kaepernick is seen as a clown.
