I'm rooting for NW this week. As long as Bo is here, we won't progress as a team. This season is already a disaster much like 2007. We were eyeballing this season YEARS AGO because it was a cupcake schedule and we were looking at a veteran offense under a defensive minded coach. Well the defense went to shit, and the offensive plays look like a kindergartener went to town on finger painting. I am not going to be happy at all if Pelini survives this year. Sometimes a sacrifice has to be made for the greater good. Nebraska needs to continue to lose this year.

OR you could root for hell for Armstrong to win the game, making your HC look like a fool for hooking his career on a terrible QB...so your team wins and you get what you want..

Nebraska just needs to lose or do terrible enough to solidify Pelini's ticket out the door. That is all I want right now, because if he survives this season. It hurts us worse in the long run, we will NEVER IMPROVE UNDER PELINI.

Yes, the new coaching search (assuming Bo gets fired) will happen in a little over a month. Until then, nothing is a "done deal" and for some attention seeking goober in Oregon to try to take easy swing with a bat the size of a tennis racket at a beach ball in order for some recognition and to be able to puff out his chest and say he was right is just pathetic.

We have seen this act before around here. During the rumor mill of teams switching conferences there was a dumb radio host out of KC that said it was a done deal that Missouri and Notre Dame and another school was joining the Big 10. He did it in hopes that he could be first and puff out his chest. How did that turn out for him. No one even remembers his name.

At this stage in the game, if there was a real leak that Frost was coming surely sportswrters from Omaha/Lincoln would have picked up on it by now as well.

And not that the big money donors have all that muchto say about who gets hired, I just don'tsee them being that happy with another assistant hire. If we are serious about getting back to being a rel player in college ball, we need an experienced hire.
