If Austin gets a HC job I'd kill to have Schwartz back as DC. Impossible dream, I know.
Good luck wherever you land Schwartzy, you'll always be the guy that got this party started.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports Bills in-limbo DC Jim Schwartz is expected to leave the team following the hiring of coach Rex Ryan.
It'd be a big loss for the Bills, though the defense will still be in great hands. Ryan runs a 3-4, while Schwartz is a proponent of the 4-3. That's not the real issue, however. Ryan is bringing over most of his Jets staff and will control the defense. Coming off a tremendous year in which his Bills defense led the league in sacks, Schwartz will be a hot candidate for clubs looking for a defensive play-caller. The Giants, among others, should be lining up.
